PLONK Event: From Casual Hangout to Transformative Workshop

The PLONK Event began as a casual hangout session, designed to foster connections between our sales team and the directors. This informal setting allowed team members to catch up with leadership, build relationships, and glean valuable insights on advancing their careers. The exchange of ideas and experiences created a supportive atmosphere, encouraging open dialogue and personal growth.

As our organisation expanded and the headcount increased, the demand for more structured learning opportunities became clear. In response, we transformed PLONK into a full-day workshop, elevating it from a simple gathering to a comprehensive professional development experience.

During this workshop, participants had the chance to engage with Team Leaders, Assistant Directors and Managing Directors from various levels within the organisation. This time we invited Regional Directors to run Topics & Impacts for the team as well! The event was packed with interactive sessions, where attendees could ask questions, share challenges, and learn practical tips for navigating their career paths.

To wrap up the day on a high note, we headed to the Alley Bar for a chill drinking and hangout session. This relaxed atmosphere allowed everyone to unwind, further strengthen connections, and reflect on the insights gained throughout the day.

PLONK has now become an essential part of our culture, empowering our sales team with the knowledge and connections necessary to thrive in their roles. As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding the PLONK experience and fostering an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
